JSP SOFT regards the personal information of users as important. This Policy informs users of the purpose and method of the Company’s use of personal information and the measures taken to protect it.

MinTodo for iOS and Android
Tasks, completion status and reminder preferences entered in MinTodo are stored locally on the user’s device. On iOS, task data may also be shared locally with the MinTodo widget through the app’s private App Group. JSP SOFT does not operate a server that receives or stores this task content.
Advertising and consent
MinTodo uses Google AdMob, the Google Mobile Ads SDK and Google User Messaging Platform to display ads, measure advertising performance, prevent fraud and manage privacy choices. Depending on the user’s region and choices, Google and its advertising partners may process device identifiers, IP address and approximate location, app interactions, advertising data, diagnostics and performance information. On iOS, access to the advertising identifier is subject to App Tracking Transparency permission. Users can decline tracking and, where required, reopen advertising privacy choices from within the app.
Reminders and deletion
Daily reminders are optional, are enabled only after the user chooses to enable them, and are scheduled locally on the device. Users can disable reminders in MinTodo or system settings. Users can delete individual tasks in the app and can remove locally stored MinTodo data by deleting the app. Data processed by Google is retained and deleted according to Google’s applicable policies and the user’s privacy choices.

Electronic records are deleted using technical methods that prevent recovery. Printed records, if any, are shredded or incinerated.

In the event of a personal information leak, a user may ask the Company to confirm the details. Users may also request access to or correction of their information by contacting the Company.
The Company does not track visitors across websites or respond to “Do Not Track” signals. The Company will not collect and provide personally identifiable information through advertising services without user consent.
